1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a party bus rental with Party Bus Rentals Brooklyn, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not make a reservation.

2. Booking and Payment

• A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• The full balance must be paid  7 days prior to the rental date.
• Payments can be made via zell, credit cards or cash.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made [14 days] prior to the rental date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than [14 days] prior to the rental date will forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows on the rental date will result in the loss of the full payment.

4. Responsibilities of the Renter

• The renter is responsible for the conduct of all passengers. Any illegal activities or damage to the bus will result in additional fees.
• Passengers must adhere to all local laws and regulations, including those related to alcohol consumption.

5. Liability

• Party Bus Rentals Brooklyn is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the rental period.
• Renters are advised to purchase their own insurance coverage if desired.

6. Safety and Regulations

• All passengers must wear seatbelts where available.
• The driver has the right to terminate the rental without refund if passengers engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior.

7. Modifications to Terms

• Party Bus Rentals Brooklyn reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
